Agency employment

The bachelor thesis deals with agency employment. It describes the principle of how this form of employment works within the framework of domestic legislation. The problems that are being solved in connection with this issue are also being touched upon in thesis. Recent court decisions have also provided a significant source of information. The individual hypotheses of the thesis and the overall goal of the thesis are solved by a questionnaire survey, together with other obtained data on the topic.
Employment of foreigners in the medical facilities

The subject of this diploma thesis is to characterize the requirements on legal stay of foreign employees in the Czech Republic, their employment and recognition of their qualification. Topics found in the literature and associated to international migration of employees in medical facilities, topics associated to their legal stay in the Czech Republic, rules of employing them and rules of recognition of their qualification are described in theoretical part of my diploma thesis. The main goal of the practical part is to find out what is the state in 2 medical facilities which took part in my research. And to compare them from the perspective of their quality, according to the structure of all professions and work adjustment of foreign employees. 1 Agency employment with a cross-border element Abstract The topic of this diploma thesis is agency employment with a cross-border element. Employment agencies cover the shortage of workers on the Czech labor market by assigning foreigners to users. The thesis analyzes this process of agency employment of foreigners, by connecting the institutes of agency employment and employment of foreigners. In its introductory chapter, this thesis briefly describes and analyzes the institute of agency employment, focusing primarily on the requirements necessary to obtain a permission for agency employment and on comparable working and wage conditions. Furthermore, this work deals with the cross-border element of agency employment, where the second chapter analyzes in detail the process of agency employment of foreigners, both citizens of other Member States of the European Union and especially foreigners from third countries. Based on this analysis, the content of the second chapter is also a comparison of the legal status of Czech nationals, citizens from other Member States of the European Union and foreigners from third countries in the framework of agency employment. International labour migration and working foreigners in the Czech Republic during the period of the global economical crisis of 2008 - 2012

The dissertation thesis is aimed at actual topic of the international labour migration and working foreigners in the Czech Republic in the period of the global economical crisis between 2008 and 2012. It is an empirical research that comes out from the qualitative and quantitative study of the topic. The subject of the research were working foreigners. We differ foreigners in the position of employees and businessmen as well as foreigners from the European Economic Area and Switzerland and so called third countries. In the work we also focus on the statistical data both from their availability and interpretation point of view and also from the volume of flows of international labour migration and the stock of working foreigners in the Czech Republic. Selected indicators were also used to study spatial distribution of working foreigners in the Czech Republic including its factors from political, social, economic, geographic, demographic or cultural areas. The study was carried out by applying qualitative and quantitative correlation and regression analyses. In this respect we focused also on the discussion of the relevancy of statistical data from areas specified above that may help to clarify the structure of the spatial distribution of working foreigners. Legal and illegal work of foreigners in Czech Republic

The topic of this diploma thesis is legal and illegal work of foreigners in Czech Republic. Both legal and illegal work are related to the performance of dependent work. Therefore, the thesis begins with the definition of this term when the author describes the individual characters of dependent work stipulated not only by the law but also by applicable case law. At the end of the first part, several tests of employment which are helpful for the identification of the performance of dependent work are explained. The second part is devoted to the conditions of foreigners' stay and employment in the Czech Republic, divided into two groups of foreigners. Firstly, the citizens of the EU, EEA and Switzerland and their family members, especially regarding the free movement of workes stipulated by the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and the topic of posting workers in the context of the transnational provision of services. Secondly, the third-country nationals who may obtain a work permit, an employee's card, a blue card or a card of an internally transferred employee for the purpose of their employment on a certain working position within a certain employer, unless they have free acces to the czech labour market. Employment of foreigners

The topic of the thesis is to analyse the employment relationships with a foreign component. Firstly, the thesis focuses on the employment of citizens of the Union within the territory of the EU countries and the rights of these workers. The next chapter provides an outline of the third-country nationals and concentrates on problems arising for the long-term residents who require staying in one of the EU countries for a longer period. Eventually, the last chapter of the thesis deals with the legislation in the Czech Republic which differentiates between the nationals of the EU and other (third-country) nationals. The purpose of this thesis is to provide an overview of the legal regulation of employment of foreign workers within the European Union and the Czech Republic.
